Trees down.
Yard spotless.
Trimming, removals, stumps and brush across North County. David quotes the job and works it with his crew.
Trees, stumps, brush
Palms, oaks, citrus, avocado and eucalyptus. Plus the dry slope behind the fence that nobody wants to deal with.
All service detailsTree Trimming and Pruning

Home and Property Services
Yard cleanups, overgrown lots, hedge work and general property clearing for homeowners, rentals and property managers.
You call me. I show up and price it.
Most of my work is in Escondido yards and on North County acreage. I look at what is actually in front of me and give you one price for the day.
A customer in Fallbrook had a 50 foot palm wedged into a stand of avocado trees next to the house. We got it out, then took care of a few other trees while the crew was there.

What the work looks like

Read all reviewsWe recently had a 15 foot canary palm removed. Dave's team did an amazing job from start to finish. Very professional, efficient and had the best price (lower by 30% of other bids we received). I would highly recommend.

After getting several quotes to trim back a very broad tree, David had the approach we liked the most. Rather than line item charging each item, he came up with a flat fee for basically a whole day's worth of work, which would include all the projects identified as well as additional trimming, thinning and shaping anywhere that was needed. The overall fee was very reasonable. The day of, he and his crew came in full force a bit earlier than promised, and I was impressed with how good his memory was of what we had discussed as I listened to him instruct his team. Everything went better than I could have hoped for. We like a lush, full and natural look, and that is what we got.

Escondido and North County
From the yard on W 10th Ave out to Ramona and Fallbrook. If you are near one of these, we can usually take a look within a day or two.
What areas does Green Earth Tree Services cover?
We work out of W 10th Ave in Escondido and cover North County San Diego: Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Valley Center, Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Fallbrook and Ramona. Call and we will tell you right away if your address is on the route.
Are estimates free?
Yes. David comes out, looks at the trees and gives you a price for the work you discussed. Nothing owed either way.
Do you charge per tree or per job?
Either way. On bigger properties David often prices a full day of work instead of line item charging each tree, which usually costs less and gets more done.
How fast can you get out?
Often within a day or two. One customer called on a Friday and had us out Saturday looking at rotting palms. Call (760) 443-3617 for the next open slot.
Do you grind the stump too?
Yes. Grinding and full stump removal are both available. Mention it during the estimate and we will price it with the removal.
Do you haul everything away?
Yes. Brush chipped on site, wood and debris loaded, driveway and walkways cleaned before we pull out.
Do you do fire abatement and defensible space clearing?
We do. Dry brush cut back, ladder fuels removed and limbs lifted off the roof and eaves so the property is fire safe going into the dry season.
Can you remove a palm or cactus in a tight spot?
Yes. We have taken out 50 foot palms wedged into avocado trees next to a house. Removals come down in controlled pieces and we work around the plants you want to keep.
Do you work on rentals and commercial properties?
Yes. Landlords, property managers and commercial sites are a steady part of the schedule, including standing maintenance visits.
Who shows up to the job?
David and his own crew. Same phone number, same people on the property.
